Shipping

 

Your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Here's a guide below.

Next Day Express Delivery  (1-2 days)  £7.50 - order must be placed before 1pm. 

Standard Delivery (3-5 days) £4.50 

Deliveries are sent out Monday - Friday.

Items are dispatched either with Evri Courier service with insurance. or Royal Mail Tracking details will be sent to you via text and email to keep you up to date on the day your items have been dispatched. 

 

Returns

We hope you love your Animo purchase, however if you’re looking to make a return then we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of your order. Everything must be returned and unused and in the condition it arrived to you in, with all packaging intact. If the package is delivered back broken or damaged we will not refund the item. 

Please email judy@animoyoga.co.uk confirming what you would like to send back together with your order number.

Refund conditions

• Items must be returned unused and in good and saleable condition.
  
  
• We recommend all returns are sent using an insured and recorded delivery service with tracking and scanning.
  
  
• Ánimo Store does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.
  
  
• Please be sure to include your order number when returning the item.
  
  
• Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Ánimo Store.
  
  
• Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods with.
  
  
• Credit and debit card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.
  
  
• Ánimo Store does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.

 

Overseas deliveries - we currently only ship within the UK,. Please contact info@animostore.co.uk if you have any special requests from overseas and we can look into custom costs and shipping.
